At the age of 26, Sofie founded her own company SOFIE SCHNOOR A/S. Her univers of design combining classic elegance with a modern and raw impression has had a great impact on the Danish fashion market.

The brand has expanded from being a multiple-collection-brand with both an accessory and clothing-line.

All over the world, Sofie visits markets and second-hand shops only to discover a small piece of fabric, a string of wool or a button, that can inspire a new collection.

The "hand-on" approach has helped make Sofie Schnoor the

successful designer she is today.

In 2010 SOFIE SCHNOOR A/S opened a Shop-in-Shop in Illums Bolighus in Copenhagen. Shortly after followed also a Shop-in-Shops in Illums 

Bolighus - Århus, Stockholm and Oslo. Since then the growth has increased gradually, and today distributes the Sofie Schnoor products to countries all over the world.
